Approving a Grade or Last Date of Attendance (LDA) Change Request
*For Department Chairs and Associate Deans only*
Please note:
- This online process can be used for courses offered from Fall 2006 to present.
- For courses prior to Fall 2006, please contact your department.
- From the Faculty & Advisor Self Service landing page, select Grade Change Approval/Denial.
- From the Approver Dashboard, scroll down to the “Your Active Tasks” section
- Scroll to the right until you see a green arrow for the request you would like to approve. Hovering your mouse over this arrow will display an “Open Record” message
- Select the “Claim Task” button
- Select Approved or Denied from the Decision dropdown
- Enter any necessary comments in the comments field
- Submit
